Escaping the Heat

We live in Phoenix and after over 100 straight days over 100 degrees we just needed to get out of town. Never been to Williams before so we decided it was the perfect spot. After reading reviews we decided to stay at the Arizona 9 Moror Hotel. Rigo was there to check us in and was super friendly and just an all around amazing individual. He totally made our experience enjoyable. He lives on site and was there and available anytime we needed anything all weekend. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean and modern on the inside. I loved the retro look of the outside of the hotel. It is a great location as it’s right on the main strip amongst all the action. Didn’t need our car all weekend except for going to Bearazona! We definitely will be back as Williams is now my #1 favorite small town that I’ve had the pleasure of visiting since moving to AZ 6 years ago. Highly recommend 9/10

Staff was friendly and helpful, first room smelled like wet dog, next room was fine, rooms are very small, very dated but clean, don’t expect much except a hot shower and a somewhat comfortable bed

Great stay— great value

No-frills lodging that is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Fast WiFi. No breakfast but there are plenty of good options within a few blocks. Fridge with a freezer compartment which we appreciate. Great value for the money for the area.

The room was much smaller than advertised. No chair in the room to sit on. Staff was fantastic. Super friendly and always available.

Booked a room for my family foe our yearly trip. Loved that this hotel was able to room all 5 of us in the same "room". We only got charges for 1 room even though thw room was connected. 1 bed in 1 room 2 in the second room with a connecting door. The management was phenomenal. Very kind and quick to check us in. They live onsite and were the cleaners as well. Made us feel like we were apprec6to be there.
The location was awesome. We were able to walk to restraunts and the strip to shop.
The room was clean but there was a dirty wash cloth on the floor. No big deal. We had extra linens in the cabinet which was helpful.
The only thing id recommend is bring a blanket. Heater worked well but there was just a thing comforter on the beds. Im so glad i packed extra blankets.
Overall it was a great hotel experience. Would recommend this hotel to others :)
