Nice place, but housekeeping is severely lacking.

Beautiful resort in a prime location on the boardwalk at Virginia Beach. Although the resort had a lot to offer, especially since it was off season, we were not happy with the cleanliness of our two-room suite. I could excuse the press-on fingernail that might not have been picked up by a vacuum cleaner, but I cannot excuse the tissue and a man's dirty underwear that was lurking behind the nightstand. Unfortunately, I found this on our last day as we were packing up to check out, or I would have certainly demanded a different room.

The hotel was relatively clean. There was only one working elevator for 18 floors of guests. We were told to use the service elevator but when we used it we ended up stuck in the elevator. The family pool was very crowded but the kids enjoyed it.
The adult pool was really cool but only for 21 and up.

Parking was horrible. Checking in was a nightmare due to the area u had to drive through was limited space. I don't know if renovations were being done but I wouldn't stay there again. To top it off it was only one elevator working.

The hotel was nice and its location had plenty of dining options around. However, there was no coffee in the lobby. the hotel had no dinnnig options or a bar. I wasn't able to enjoy the balcony and the ocean view due to renovations going og
