I had an awesome stay here in Schertz. This Candlewood is amazing. The bed was great. Awesome pillows. It was quiet.my room was by the entrance alongside the reception desk and it was surprisingly not loud whatsoever. The young Lady whom I forgot to get her name, was Awesome! Very attentive and gave me the rundown on the operation of the "store" if you will. They have free coffee 24/7. In a day and time where nothing is free...it was here! This is a great place to stay if you're into staying in a clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, type of place, well this is it. Definitely will make it a point to visit again.

Hallways smelled on the 2nd floor. I could hear the people in the room next to me. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.

The manger that didn’t give a dam

I have never been so grossed out. When I arrived an check into first room, I had to be moved to a different room, because the first room had someone else’s hair everywhere to urine all over the bathroom and the bed covers were dirty. So got a second room even worse. Spoke with manager Mr. Patel who was a complete jerk. Ask for my money back, because I ended up staying one night of my five night stay. He refused and because I went through Priceline, they called Mr. Patel and he said no an hung up on them. If I could post pictures you would see the mold growing in the bathroom and the disgusting room.

Worst Hotel

When I first checked in it was after 5:00pm. I went to my first room and the door was left open. I peaked my head in and no one was there so I looked around and the room looked okay. So after looking harder the refrigerator and beds were dirty. I went back down and let the young lady know that my room was left opened and not clean. She said she would switch me rooms. When I got to that room which she said she checked it was better but had a weird smell I looked around and found that the dishwasher had water in so I ran it and it was gone. The next day I had somewhere to be and came back to my room after noon time my room was my cleaned at all. My trash was still there and our beds wasn’t touched. I went to the front desk and she looked shocked that the room wasn’t clean. I asked for trash bags so I could take out my own trash. The next morning I seen the cleaning lady and ask here to please clean my room. She did mediocre cleaning. Bed sheets wasn’t changed like asked. Again the next day room wasn’t cleaned and now there was bugs in the kitchen. I asked the front desk and she said someone should have cleaned and I said well no one did and I asked to leave a day early. This place is nasty and doesn’t clean like they should. I would never stay here.
