We are hospitality professionals who pride ourselves on delivering world class experience, however, it appears we fell short of your goal on your visit. I would like to apologize for failing to meet your standards regarding our room outlets and air condition unit function, specifically the sound it was creating.I want to assure you that your feedback will be reviewed by our maintenance team and most certainly forwarded to the appropriate departments for evaluation.
on the positive side, thank you for acknowledging our comfortable beds and quiet accommodation. I truly am happy to read you enjoyed your dining experience with us at breakfast.
