风景优美，舒适干净
我们租用的联排别墅整洁，供应充足，在除夕的这一特殊时间里，在楼上和楼下都能欣赏到美丽的湖泊景色。唯一的一个小问题是客厅里的电视，操作起来很费力。总的来说，我们本来不会看电视，但是由于一场冰暴和我们一个党的身体不好，我们的内心比预期要多一些。对于我们的家庭来说，这是一次令人失望的旅行，因为我们一行中的一位患有上呼吸道疾病而无法停止，因此我们不得不在除夕早晨离开。我们本来打算在Erlowest的Inn酒店举行6道菜的晚餐，计划安排一个非常特别的夜晚，但是在这个州，我们不应该与一个聚会在一起。管理层宽容和友善地解决了本已焦虑的情况，因为他们很高兴取消了我们的晚餐预订和昨晚的住宿而没有受到罚款！我们将在这里再次尝试并强烈推荐它。户外用餐的冰屋看起来很神奇。我们能够在一个晚上订购晚餐外卖，真是太好了！

Since we do not have a record of these issues for any of our guests from all of our villas and townhomes, it appears as though there is some disconnect here.
If you would call 518-668-2085 and request to speak to the General Manager, we would like to sort this out since we can't not respond to issues that are not consistent with the Service that is provided at Sun Castle Resort.

As you probably are aware, we do not service the Townhouses and Villas on a daily basis, but offer a daily towel run to refresh each unit with anything that is needed by our guests. There may have been some confusion in the room transition that you went through as we don't have a record of the towel request. In any case, we missed it and apologize.
Regarding the furniture, we are constantly renewing the amenities in our townhouses and villas. Anything that is worn or abused, we look to replace immediately. If you could call to provide more information on your stay, we would appreciate the help in finding the "beat up" furniture that you reference in your review. We are very sorry that we failed to have your villa prepared and guest ready for your visit. Along with the Executive Housekeeper, Facility Manager and Guest Service manager, we met to review what is a truly unusual experience at Sun Castle Resort.
We failed to coordinate activities between housekeeping and maintenance prior to your arrival which led to your primary concern regarding the mouse traps.
We have a difference of opinion on dust. Pans were replaced within minutes. As with every issue that you listed, we move quickly and aggressively to address those issues.
We are truly disappointed that our efforts fell flat even though when we asked if there was anything else that we could do, the response was no. Although there were issues, we were led to believe that we had addressed them to your satisfaction.

太阳城堡度假村的美妙假期
