很棒的住宿!
我和我妻子最近回到了湖景适合一周的旅行。 主要的是起居室里的湖景已更新的玛芬蛋糕和咖啡每天还有一个非常棒的小厨房。 工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人的和我们非常满意房间的干净程度和酒店的公共区域。 我们喜欢坐在门廊上,使用泳池区域和木板路和步行到海滩。 我和我妻子肯定还会再来!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We would like to clarify some of the items you mention in your review.
We are the Lakeview House & Cottages/Cozy Inn & Cottages. And yes, the Cozy Inn is for sale. We have been at this for 25 plus years and would like to cut back so we are exploring the option of selling The Cozy Inn & Cottages portion of our property. We opted to keep the sign up because you never know when that potential buyer will walk in the door or drive by. The Cozy Inn was built in the 1880’s as a summer rooming house. Over the years some of the single rooms have been combined into suites with private bathrooms but some of the single rooms which share a bathroom in the hall are still available (and very popular for those on a budget).
When the reservation was made, and we understand that you were not the person who booked the room, it was for a room with shared bath but the room only had one bed. The booker called and asked for a room with two beds. The room you were given is the only one available with two beds so that’s the room you were given as that’s what he paid for. Had you expressed that you would like something else, we did have a couple other options available.
Regarding the sheets and bedspreads – we use a laundry service for our sheets and towels – the same one that most every lodging establishment uses in the area. They do not supply hospital with a laundry service – just lodging properties – so if you had stayed somewhere else, chances are that you would have had the same “sheet” experience. As for the bedspreads, they were washed and inspected prior to your stay. They were not stained or dirty. We can assure you is that they were again washed when you left as they were covered in dog hair from the service dog that was staying in the room with you. As for the air conditioner, had you said something to us, we would have fixed the problem. An easy fix had we known.
Our staff is quite conscientious when it comes to cleanliness. Please refer to our other reviews where our level of cleanliness is always mentioned. It is our number one priority.
Moral of the story is book your own room so you know what you are getting and if you have any issues or problems, please let the establishment know immediately so that it may be remedied. That makes for a win-win situation for all. Next time you are in the area, please stop by, we’d love to show you the cottages and some of our other rooms so you can see that not all our units are “a converted attic.”
