停车场太小了也不好标记来接我。 有一个停车位我一英寸。 这是因为大多数车辆都很近甚至还开车通过长时间的空间。 一部电梯坏了 - 但是我去的时候是一周的中间所以还不算太差。 我还会再来的!

Thank you for your review. I responded to you personally on your Hilton survey. Yes, the one elevator is under full rebuild. We did not know it would affect the second and it lost programming in the system. Digital key is certainly an amazing feature. We did get it back running around 11:30 p.m. Guests had to use their room keys to access a floor. Some guests actually commented that they liked using the room key all the time because they said it is more secure.
I certainly apologize and it is not the way we conduct business. This was an isolated issue and has since been resolved. During the programming all digital keys for the misc areas were be down, including the garage. Yes, the digital key will open all areas you are allowed on.
Again, I apologize for these issues and I also will be checking this room you were in. I expect excellence and I know you do too.
