Definitely stay
After a few bad hotels during this trip, it was so nice to check in to a clean, comfy hotel with friendly staff!
Food was good in the on site restaurant. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfy. Rooms were clean, nice water pressure! Pool was nice and warm, and the hot tub was HOT and it felt amazing.

Solid hotel as long as travel sports teams aren’t playing
Ease of check in, ample free parking, amenities, comfortable bed and pillows, proximity to Voyageurs NP and friendliness of the staff I did encounter were all high positives.
Negatives were that breakfast is dry and very stale (7am or 930am same results: potatoes hard as rocks, sausage dried out, English muffin hard as a rock, omelette dry and rubbery), bacon was the only not dry item since it was dripping in tons of grease. Best bet is the make your own waffle. Also, my first of 3 nights there, was a gaggle of young kids age 4-13 (I know this because the kids said their age) that were literally doing cartwheels, yelling and running in the hall outside my room for several hours… no parents in sight. I called the desk and they apparently were already aware of it because I was told they’d address it “again”. Another hour went by before the parents came and made them stop just before 10pm. The next morning at breakfast was another loud and chaotic mess of kids yelling, running around and coughing near food that was very off putting. I guess they stay at the hotel when their travel sports teams play in the area. The hotel needs to address these parents because it’s really awful for the other guests who just want to rest. Also nearly every time I passed the front desk no one was ever there. I could hear them in the back but there was no presence.

Thank for choosing to stay with us. We are happy to know you experienced an easy check in, comfortable beds, pillows and helpful amenities and friendly staff. We regret your breakfast experience was not satisfying, and your observations are being shared with our team to address quality issues. As a northern hockey town, we do have sports teams that stay with us during the winter months. We do our best to introduce our expectations when booking and upon check in of the youth that are here competing. It does take cooperation from coaches, players and parents to ensure everyone has a good experience during these events and this particular weekend was difficult. Please accept our apologies, we know travelers have choices and we hope you will give us another try in the future.

The salt water pool was excellent, breakfast was hot, and the the staff was very friendly and professional. We utilized the early check-in and the late check-out. We plan on staying here again.

Called last minute on a Friday night. Got a room for an incredible price 118 dollars for a 2 queen bed!! Amazing staff..
Staff and rooms were amazing!! The dining room waitress was so friendly even though we came in 5 minutes to close. Prices were very good for a weekend!! Room was clean and bed were super comfy . Will be coming back next time I’m in international falls!!

We really liked this place, it was SO clean which seems rare these days for a hotel! The room was nice and spacious and very quiet. The hotel was pretty busy and we were right across from the pool and thought it might be loud but it was not! TV selection was great. The hot tub was very nice and hot! Pool was nice too. We enjoy drinks and soup at the restaurant and everything was very good. Cozy as well. The beds were firm, felt new, sheets were soft and lots of pillows. The room was just so nice and clean though. Very comfortable! The breakfast was very good, lots of hot items to choose from and great coffee! The breakfast room was clean and very comfortable as well. Location is great, near everything really. Hope we can stay again!
