Amazzzzzing!

Good Evening,
Thank you for your candor. First, I am pleased that your family felt our staff was friendly. However, I am so very sorry you did not have hot water. I have spoken with my management team and they received no complaints from anyone else nor were they aware of the problem. In addition, my Chief Engineer reads the hot water temperature every morning when he arrives to work, and did not see any fluctuation in temperature. Now,the hotel did have a water leak from the main line on Monday morning the 31st. Guests were contacted to let them know the water would be shut off for an hour to fix the problem. Obviously an issue like that is out of our control,and the leak was repaired quickly. All of at The Abernathy, sincerely care deeply for our guests, and when we are aware of any issues, we do all we can to rectify the situation. I know how uncomfortable it can be to shower without hot water, and I am disappointed to learn that it even occurred. I was hoping you might take the time to call me to let me know what room your family was in so we can investigate this issue, as this review does not include the room number. Our phone number is 864-654-5299. In addition, I would like to regain your confidence. When family is back in town, if you would call me so I can personally attend to their needs, I will do all I can to show them that The Abernathy truly cares and can live up to our reputation. Thank you again for writing and I hope you will allow me to serve you again.
