超级棒的酒店,但是房间不是很聪明的禁用访问

Thank you for posting your recent review of our hotel. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at the Park Hotel, and appreciated the staff, ambiance and food. With regard to your room, I'm glad that you found it to be all you could ask for. As you found our accessible rooms have been designed with the comfort and convenience of our less able guests in mind, and even have level access to allocated car parking spaces direct from the room. With regard to the wet room shower, we have discussed this with our maintenance team and will be fitting shower screens or curtains to rectify the issues you have raised, so thank you very much for bringing them to our attention.
