bedroons的翻新过几年前和现在很舒适,除了浴室里的灯光,但是房间房价涨了为此付点钱所以真的不是很划算更多 - 想提前2个月预订了一个房间,门市价是他们最好的。 139每晚&是的（2017年7月） - 这就是宣传他们的运气。

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so glad you find the hotel comfortable, next time you are though in please do chat with us about the lighting in the bathrooms so we can pin down which ones you have had this problem in as I am really keen to fix whatever can be fixed to make your stay as perfect as possible.
With regards to our rates, our cheapest room is in fact £69 for a comfort room on a Sunday night, the £139 rate you spotted is for one of our larger indulgence rooms on a peak night midweek and on the same night we would also have comfy rooms available for £109. All our rates are set in relation to our closest competitors to ensure that they are appropriate for the area and local demand.

一家不错的酒店但是很差的客户服务
我们还有一个家庭的房间预订在6组。 我们预订的是一个人和组织确认出现在人前的一个星期的住宿加早餐。 我们不知道的费用不是我们预订的这家酒店的。 所以我们把这里作为一个组各方支付请求的数据量。 我们所有的人都说不要指望当早餐。
第二天我们去退房的时候被告知我们欠另一个20磅到包括早餐。 现在我们已经预订了早餐和因此以为我们付了早餐的钱。 但是没有。 然后他们告诉我们这是我们的错也不是他们的方式。 不是这样的。 我们一行人中有个有同样的困扰但他们已经免了20磅。 我写了个投诉信在一周前还没有收到回复。 所以总体来说我很失望的是他们不会给任何一个想在客户服务和关怀。

I am sorry for the lack of response for your complaint, we have not received anything through here so if you could resend it to hindshead@fullers.co.uk then I can action it for you immediately.
So sorry for the confusion about your rate, you were booked onto a room only rate when the booking was made, this was likely an error at this end by the receptionist taking the booking, and thus no breakfast was included in your rate. This did however make the rate you paid £20 less than the other members in your group. The £20 charged at checkout was to pay for the breakfast and took your rate back up to same as the others.
We no longer offer a room only rate to avoid this type of confusion and all our rates are now B&B. I am so sorry that in this instance it was not explained to you properly at checkout and that you were not booked onto a B&B rate in the first instance. If you get in touch with myself at the pub then we can waive this in this instance and comp your breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Once again I am so sorry for the confusion and that this was not explained properly at the time.
