Villamore at Kempinski on the Palm

Lovely location for a pool and beach day with an amazing waterfront restaurant right at the beach in the luxurious Kempinski hotel ! Loved their Restaurant Villamore here such a beautiful Place with decorations from the sea and a relaxing music playing at all times the service here is amazing, as well as the huge foods and beverages menu they offer, they also have an incredibly delicious Beach Menu which I loved! I wanted to speficially thank Presong and Roshan for the incredible service ✨

Place for 100% relaxation

Amazing time in one of my favorite hotels in Dubai,
Stunning views,delicious food in villamore with perfect service!
The beach are so beautiful and not crowded ,you can recover her up to 100% or even more!
Must visit place for relaxation and good food and vibes

Kempinski- If you want relaxed, great beach and charme

Its a „old style“ hotel, wich i like because u don‘t feel like ur in dubai but more somewhere in italy witch is nice.
It has beautiful gardens and green area.
Its a very calm and quite hotel,the music played is very relaxed. Everyone has more than enough space. You can play football or table tennis, they provide you the items.
The beach is super nice, calm with clear water. You can walk along left and right very long distance if you want. The view from the beach is better than from royal atlantis for example.
The gym is quite small but its enough because its never crowded.
The italian brunello restaurant has very good pasta. Villamore restaurant has great food and direct seaview.
The room was very big with two bedrooms and a big livingroom. Ideal for a family. It offers sunset views in the evening wich is great.
The team is very professional and competent. Everyone of them.
The cleaning team comes two times a day and do an exeptional job. Special thanks to Lucy, Noman and Sadik. You always have more than enough water and coffee.
We have been to many different hotels in dubai and have to say Kempinski is an amazing experience for us and offers a great „total package“.

Luxurious holidays in Kempinski Palm

I want to express my gratitude to all the workers of Kempinski Palm Jumeirah.
I'm going to compare some moments to Raffles The Palm.
Our journey
2 adults and 3rd children, 5, 13 and 16.
1. Meeting and checking in. We arrived in the morning at 8 o'clock, check-in at 3 o'clock, but the general manager ordered us to move into another room while we prepared ours. The temporary room was similar to ours, 3 large rooms. Thank you for this gift, we are comfortably seated until 3:00 p.m. We also did not have breakfast on that day, we paid locally, the cost of something about 4000₽ per person.
2. It is not a hotel per se, but more a complex of apartments, accordingly Reception classic, without excess or pomp as in the Raffles, the interior is more seasoned without abundance of gold, all clean, beautiful arrangements of flowers. The girls at the reception speak Russian, helped us
3. Inhabited us in the room already ours, 2 bedrooms (2x bedroom and with 2 single beds), hall with sofa and dining table, kitchen. Lots of closets, enough for everyone. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Huge veranda with table and sea and garden views. In total, about 150 meters. The interior is classic, without strain, the Raffles were over-golded. We met us in the room with gifts: a box of candy and a basket of fruit, thank you, it was very nice... going forward, we were brought live flowers to the room on the table and every 3 days a plate of Oriental sweets, such attention cannot be overlooked, very nice. The room was cleaned twice a day, the guys worked 2 people, cleaned super, I want to thank Sadik, Mojib and Ramandeep
4. Breakfasts, well, it's just a bomb, the perfect food, European salads, porridge, pastries... you can order omelets, salmon benedicts, eggs in any form, time-bound for five to 10 minutes and delicious. At Raffles, breakfasts were worse, there were loads of things that were impossible to eat, lots of specific foods and fruits were often green. Cooked for a long time and sometimes not delicious. Coffee that's in Kempinski that's in Raffles is good.
5. Next we move to the pool, the pool itself is great, the water is clear, in the Raffles for some reason was not so transparent, specially went compared. The sunbeds are comfortable, there are towels, there weren't many people. Something that didn't go down well by the pool:
1. The brown tiles on the floor spoil the view, killed
2. Paid boars, 14000₽ a day, was very strange, as a result nobody was ever in them, make the price adequate
3. Water, I think giving water to those who came to the pool would be great, the Raffles gave water and the fruit was still worn. Boars were free.
6. It's lunch or dinner time and here Kempinski is just tearing the Raffles to shreds... we had the HB system, breakfast and lunch/dinner (can be changed). At the Raffles it was such a bad breakfast and terrible buffet dinner (the smell was disgusting, what's inside, what's outside) the food was very mediocre, again a bunch of obscure dishes clearly not for Europeans. Kempinski has created the perfect system in this regard. 1. No buffet table. 2. There are two restaurants on site, Italian and Greek on the waterfront. You can choose between lunch: from 11am to 4pm or dinner: from 7pm to 11pm in Italian, or from 11am to 9pm to eat in Greek, this is a very convenient format, we often ate around 5pm to 6pm. But in this system it is not important, but the dishes that are prepared for you, according to the menu we choose appetizers/salads, hot and dessert, drinks are paid, on average 1000-1200₽ for tea/coffee/cocktail/fresh per person... that in Italian, that in Greek was cooked just amazing, every day as in a good restaurant, photos reflect all the beauty. Thank you chefs and service personnel, bravo
7. Sea and beach. Netted water, livestock and jellyfish don't come in. The water is clean, not standing. The beach isn't perfect, I'd sift through it, a lot of shells are sucking into my legs. It's not comfortable to walk.
8. The grounds are very green, the birds sing non-stop, the playground for the children is excellent.
9. I wanted to celebrate the entertainment separately. By the pool playing Dj, gorgeous tracks, there were dancers' shows, Arab dancing, saxophone. In Greek, girls sang every day, just gorgeous. Italian sang and played the saxophone every day.
10. I want to express my gratitude for all the organization of the trials at the Kempinski Hotel, amazing staff, we will definitely come back to you, our Ageev family was delighted.

A fabulous day with the ladies

What an amazing pool day we had. We bought day passes and had fun and bubbles all day. The food was amazing, the service (particularly by Julius and the waiter with green eyes - sorry i couldnt catch your name) was fabulous. We were looked after so well. It was my farewell party and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The music wasn't too loud, the dancer was fantastic and all in all it was a great day. I highly recommend this location!
