Firstly, we would like to clarify that the images you posted do not reflect our hotel’s interiors. Our rooms are designed with a clean and modern aesthetic, and we do not feature wood paneling as shown in your photos. Additionally, our towels have blue strips design which does not reflect also on photo you posted.
And please be assured that our housekeeping team conducts thorough pest control measures weekly, and we are committed to maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. If any issues arise, our staff is trained to respond promptly and effectively to resolve them. We encourage guests to report any concerns directly to our team so that we can take immediate action. As the guest comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Lastly, we apologize for any disturbances you experienced during your stay. We are continually working to improve our sound insulation to enhance our guests' experience. 唯一就是一楼有KTV每天玩到三四点才停止
