Fantastic hotel
Super comfortable hotel as it has direct access to the spa. Very courteous reception staff, especially Nicola as he made sure I had the phone charger forgotten in the room again the same day! I also point out the waiter in the breakfast room, very courteous and professional. In a nutshell hotel highly recommended also for the impeccable cleanliness in all areas.

Fravi is a journey through time
The historic house is a journey back to the Art Nouveau/Wilhelminian era. I really like this atmosphere!
The employees make an effort (and also aim) to offer guests a friendly and pleasant welcome. Whether in the restaurant or in the room, reception.
The employees at reception are overwhelmed when a guest is not happy with something, they react too harshly in terms of communication. I have never personally introduced the hotel management, which somewhat spoils the guest's welcome feeling.... a house like this would benefit from a personal touch, because in my opinion, appreciation for the guest is a very important point.
Room: functional, a little unloving, but good/ok
Breakfast: great
Dinner: good, lacks choice on the half board. If something is not right, you get the feeling (comes from the management) that you have done something wrong.... it's a shame the employees are trained like that.
Mineral bath: very nice, staff also rather harsh. Showers have an extremely hard jet, cannot be regulated.
Overall: I will come back, alone, as a couple or with family!

Rude
Very rude receptionist did not want to accept the credit card for the payment of a coffee and 4 times he told me m...a in German making me feel like a scumbag that I had no cash. Stayed on 4.10.2024. I'm not coming back.

Pool absolute highlight for the children (2+6)
The hotel is well located for excursions into nature. After the excursion, you can relax in the pool. The pool is pleasantly warm (34 degrees) and modern. The food tastes good. There is also a children's playground and a bakery nearby. The only negative point was the mattress. It was too soft and rather worn.
