很棒的酒店
度假的好地方。酒店非常漂亮，有花园，有鱼。游泳池非常干净整洁，还有一个健身场所。但是最重要的是那些非常专业并且为客人营造出非常友好氛围的员工。这是专业人士的工作-谢谢大家的盛情款待，并祝您在酒店过得愉快。

好，可惜不如以前！

不幸的是，第二天我丈夫的电话从我们的房间里消失了，我们的享受进一步受到了损害。他不想在白天接听商务电话，因此将其放在我们床尾的壁架上。显然，也许我们太信任了，因为不必期望将手机锁定在房间的保险箱中！
旅馆建议他把它丢在水池的某个地方？我们重申它没有离开房间。一位助理经理说，他们已经与客房服务人员进行了交谈（不是有人要说已经拿走了它！），他们会打扫房间并将床头板取下吗？ ？ ？ ？真的，电话根本不可能掉到后面。然后每天都问我们是否出现了？从哪里？ ？ ？ ？可以说我们没有电话就返回家园，不得不遭受损失。
遗憾的是，我们很可能不会回来，因为酒店本身是一家非常可爱的酒店，非常干净而且环境超级好，大多数员工都非常乐于助人，我们很可能不会回来。

We would like to thank you for coming back to our hotel and for your nice comments about the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the hotel facilities. On the other hand, we are very sorry to hear that your stay this time hasn´t been as expected. Please receive our most sincere apologies.
The dinner card’s check at the restaurant entrance we do every night is needed to control the organisation of the 3 different dinner shifts by checking the room key colours (red/white or green) to guarantee the best dinner service to all our guests. It is not because we do not know that you are one of our guests. We are very sorry this lead to irritations. Also, all the staff members are informed to greet all our customers in Spanish so no one will feel isolated. We are very sorry and it was not our staff’s intention for you to feel left out. We take your comment into consideration and will remind them about it.
Regarding the sun beds reservation, in our hotel it is forbidden to reserve the sun beds before 09.00AM. Therefore all the towels are removed directly by our staff before that time and stored in a private room next to the pool-bar. From 09.00AM it is allowed to leave the towel in the sun bed for a maximum of 1 hour, otherwise it will be removed as well if the guests are not there or in the area nearby. This is an official rule well known and followed by all our regular guests, getting no preference treatment from our side but knowing and respecting the rules and times they can get the sun beds. We are sorry that you felt that the staff has preferential treatment towards some guests. For us all customers are the same and have the same rights.
We offer a variety of international shows and live-music in our animation programme that changes every night during 2 weeks to try to fulfil all our guests’ different preferences and wishes. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations, although we have at the moment 3 English singers, 4 Spanish and 1 German, among other different dancing, acrobatic and flamenco shows.
It is very unfortunate that your phone has disappeared. We felt very bad when you informed us about it and tried to help you in all the possible ways we could, and also hoping it was found by someone and turned up. We didn´t mean to make you feel uncomfortable.
If you should choose to come back to our hotel we will do all our best to make your stay pleasant.

Unas vacaciones不可战胜！！！

大旅游掩体之间的伊甸园 马斯帕洛马斯

很棒的酒店！
