Awful.

Fatal cleanliness! Horrible, good thing it was just a night and total nightmare, hairs up on the walls, we complained at reception and were told they sent to clean it, to our surprise that no one came! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!! Lousy.

lousy night

The beds were sagging, all night without being able to sleep with back pain. In the morning we saw that one bed had a broken board.
It should be prohibited for a hotel to offer you a bed under these conditions. I feel cheated.

Only hotel in Molina de Segura so what can you do. Front desk guy at check in was competent and efficient but not very personable. The rooms are under going renovations but aren't complete. Missing light fixtures in my room and very dangerous broken mirror in the bathroom. Bathroom shower was nice, bed was comfortable. Room furnishings are sparse and very sterile in esthetics. Room could have had nice view but shutters rolled down windows locked could not roll down shutters. Very disappointing. Restaurant was excellent however with great staff especially the young man from Honduras. Food was excellent. Stay again? Yes mostly because there aren't any options. Location doesn't offer much just the hotel restaurant, Burger King and McDonald's. Some limited shopping nearby but 15 minute walk into town..
