Nice place to stay if you understand the self check in procedure of the hotel. It’s close by to lot of places.. we are from London n fine to walk.. so, for us it was a really good stay.. room was clean n the reception staff was quite prompt on WhatsApp as we had some issue in checking in.. the cleaning staff helped us as well to get used to the building.. I would recommend it to anyone! 💗

整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间
不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了；
酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫；
无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店

Very good location, clean, comfortable, a bit noisy from other guests as not noise proof and I was concerned about entrance to building and room through app but it worked well ! I was happy with my stay, would go back !

Super convenient spot, it's within walking distance to
pretty much everything. Had two different reservations and both times felt really safe and both rooms were great. Staff was also really helpful. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Madrid.

Rooms echo so night time was very noisy. Shared washrooms weren’t as bad as we had thought. They were clean and always available. Street noise was a bit aggressive due to major road and bar below room window. Be prepped with the app to get into building/ rooms. Was confusing at first when app wasn’t working and we were locked out
