Sitio ideal para pasar unos dias en cuenca ya que esta centrico cerca de todo zona centro zona de copas y aun paso del casco antiguo no tuvimos que cojer el coche para nada solo para ira ver el rio cuervo y la ciudad encantada locojeria DE NUEVO

Very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep
Please, I must say that this hotel is very well located, the room was very clean and has a nice view. It also has an elevator.
It has everything you need to be comfortable accommodation, however the fact that you have walls that look like paper and that you hear everything you talk about both in the hallway and in the rooms on the sides and on the floor below whenever someone enters or leaves the building, as well as the street noise because the windows are very poor, all this along with the cold we went through that night because they turned off the heating very soon and the room became icy! They just put a blanket on us and there's no one to ask for another. The pillow would sink completely and not hold our heads. The bathroom artichoke was broken and all the water was coming out of the sides. The water varied between hot and cold without control.
Anyway, it's a shame that an accommodation is so bad that one says that there it doesn't come back even if they gave you the accommodation, when it could be very cozy.
It needs a good administrator and please do not abuse the prices, because they charged €90 for one night, which we would gladly pay if at least we could have been careful.
There it is impossible to sleep or even rest.

Downtown hotel
Recommended place, centrally located, from my room you could see the cathedral and the old town area, you don't have to take the car at all, the curious decoration of various colors like the facades of the old town, a little noisy because we had some neighbors who were partying with Ivan and They didn't stop making noise otherwise very good

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
For arriving at 4:45 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m., they charged me 15 euros on my account, even though we had to wait 15 minutes on the street for someone to arrive at reception. They provide 2 rolls of toilet paper even if you stay for several days, and they only provide 2 sachets of gel for every day, no matter how many days you stay. When we arrived, the heating and hot water were turned off. They do not give you the option to leave your suitcase in storage on the day of departure. I do not recommend at all.

Son unos estafadores!!!!
Son unos estafadores, no se os ocurra ir allí. Me han cobrado 180€ por pasar allí una noche. Me cobraron 95 € por llegar allí a las 9 de la noche. Según ellos si llegas más tarde de las cuatro de la tarde te cobran 20 euros por cada hora. Es una auténtica estafa. Son unos sinvergüenzas. Les pido la hoja de reclamaciones y no me la dan. Les damos por teléfono y no me lo cogen. No vayáis allí por nada del mundo. Es un cutre hostal.
