A hotel that leaves nothing to be desired
We stayed 9 days at this fantastic hotel and what can I say.It's a 10/10.
When we arrived and checked in with a very nice blonde lady we were afterwards escorted to the room by a gentleman who explained to us everything in the room that we found very accommodating.
The Premium Room a dream with beautiful amenities. Pillow menu, Nespresso coffee machine, bottle of white wine, luxurious bathroom products and turndown service with chocolate in the evening.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating.No matter what we needed we were helped immediately.
We had half board and the food was very delicious and there was something else every day at the buffet-highly recommended.For breakfast there was also sparkling wine and freshly squeezed orange juice
We were several days on the beach and a young lady I noticed particularly positively.Her name was Marta.She always asked us kindly if we needed anything and she can do something for us.
What was very positive to highlight was the valet parking service for our rental car.
All in all, I can only recommend this place.We would come back

Great hotel with great professionals
A great experience staying again at this hotel that improves every year.

A magnificent experience.
The experience at this hotel is fantastic. Everything is carefully detailed so that one feels good. We had the Level service and great. The staff of 10. The restaurant between the winds a fantastic experience.

Disappointing Spa Experience
As we were happy with our stay last year, we came back to the season opening. All was good except the Spa! I wanted to book a massage at 16:30 after my round of golf but I was told I could only book at 16:00. I rushed and got to the spa at 15:45. It was locked! They opened the door at 16:00. The massage room was very cold. The therapist 's hands were freezing the first 10 mn of the massage. I reported the unpleasant experience and nobody got back to me with an apology! This was a very disappointing spa experience..
