Very nice hotel, staff not really friendly I don’t know why they are so untrained when you enter the place and the receptionist won’t even greet you but just looks away it’s weird .. please train your staff better the least you could expect from an employee is that they great their guests. Room wasn’t really cleaned well they didn’t even change the sheets. The room was dusty.
The hotel is very pretty, amazing spa, the employees in the restaurant were all really amazing in their job.
Nice breakfast, roomservice served the food didn’t pick up the dishes and table until the next day .. it’s a beautiful hotel but the staff really needs training.
