Bella Terra, the best hotel in Willow-Blue Lagoon
The hotel is the best in the area, impeccable, with A1 rooms, with perfect air conditioning, all the time they are attentive to everything, very friendly staff, offers you tourist circuits in the recommended areas to walk and enjoy with the one or people you love. The beautiful pool overlooks the blue lagoon. Food in the delicious restaurant, open bar with good music and delicious cocktails. Highly recommended to capture unforgettable memories.

Holidays 2N - March25
The facilities are new, the beds are very comfortable, clean towels, excellent bathroom, quite spacious.
I wish I could have had a slightly bigger table as we were 3 adults and 1 baby. Also, I had no kettle that would have made my life easier because of the early morning milk my baby asks for.
Things to improve: the breakfast that was included in the service did not tell us the first day it included, we had to guess that it was inside the service.
On average at 8 o’clock they started working in the green areas, considering it was a holiday, it would have helped us not to get up with the noise so early.
The facilities were flooded by rain a day earlier, we could not enter the children's play area, and the main dining room disabled.
The food was not so good, we preferred to eat outside the hotel, however they helped us with making porridge for my baby even though it was not part of breakfast.
On the first night there was no lighting in the common areas, I had to walk with the light of my cell phone.
The TV too small to be a 5-star hotel, and yet the internet, took a long time to enter Youtube, and had no Netflix installed.
The overall attention was not like a 5 star in Lima, it was not bad, but it did not agree with our expectations.
As for the walks, very good the walk to Don Grimaldo, we were taken after hours (15 min later), we were given towel, and we waited for what we delayed in the tour.
On tour in the lagoon we were charged because there were at least 4 people to leave (that had not been discussed before), the airport transfer service we did not use because there were at least 5 people, and had times that did not match our itinerary, they left 7 AM and 5 pm (this if we were discussed).

Family Trip
Very good service , very friendly collaborators, excellent food, family had a great time, my daughters came back to Lima crying, they wanted to stay there, it was an unforgettable experience for us and that is exactly what we were looking for.

Highly recommended
All the experience was wonderful, beautiful hotel, great food, a lot off activities to do, comfortable suites, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a place to relax and take awesome pictures, this is the one. Will definitely coming back!

Excellent experience
Very attentive staff and super soft beds, plus everything very clean. They have a large meeting room.
The food was very good, they offer regional dishes to taste the delicacies of the place. We can use free paddle and kayak. It's near the yakupark for fun.
