The other riads we stayed at in Marrakech and Fes during our trip were very peaceful places to relax after a day sightseeing, this one was definitely not.
We asked to be moved to a quieter room which the staff arranged although we had to go and remind the porter to bring our luggage over. The first room had a very lumpy duvet which clearly had been washed and not dried properly. This should have been spotted by housekeeping.
The other 5 star riad we stayed at in Marrakech was better than this one.
The staff were good, especially the female receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming.
We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and drinks were great but it was overpriced. Breakfast was very good.
