Holistic-pre-Hispanic dungeon
I'll start with the good: the very friendly staff.
The bad: I booked a month and a half before the event and was given a dungeon per room. Dark, dwarf and with a more uncomfortable bed (not to mention that to get to it, you have to climb a terribly insecure spiral staircase). Please, if they give you the room no. 6 ask for your money back or another room.
On the other hand, we had to deal in the early morning with two other super chatty (and timely) guests because one of the managers gave a bad key and these guys decided that it was super good time to talk on the staircase that overlooks the dungeon. I understand, the hotel is not responsible for guests who lack basic education but if you have a problem with hotel staff, isn't it normal for you to stay at reception? Or at least, keep quiet?
Anyway, pretty bad experience and I repeat: stay away from room no.6
