We stayed here for one night but would stay longer. Clean and just what we needed. It is a little hard to find it is above a very good restaurant. You need whatsup app on your phone because they will send you a QR code to check in with.. I did not realize this and they were very helpful on the phone. The location is in a nice part of town.

Not a bad place, just not a good one. Really hard to find (above a restaurant and the elevator is inside).
No window. No hot water. Checkout on this site says 11am but the hotel info says 10am. Clean though and once you find it access is easy

Everything is super good.
Excellent place to stay, central, comfortable and safe!!! I definitely recommend it, for all types of travelers. Rooms equipped, clean and like new!! On the ground floor they have a very cheap restaurant and a swimsuit boutique.

My stay at Sky Inn Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. Traveling from Toronto, the hotel’s location was a major draw, offering easy access to downtown Cancun’s attractions. Its proximity to cafes, Mexican restaurants, and even a McDonald’s right downstairs added to the convenience. Additionally, being close to bus route 2 made trips to the Hotel Zone effortless. What truly set this stay apart was the warm support from the host, Luzma, whose generosity and kindness were unparalleled. She was very responsive and reachable all the times.
Sky Inn offers great facilities including free WiFi, which was impressively fast, and comfortable, clean rooms with modern amenities ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The fitness center and free private parking are added conveniences for guests.
But it’s not just about the amenities; the location is rated highly by couples and is in close proximity to Plaza 28 and Las Palapas Park, perfect for those looking to explore the local scene. It is also walkable to Walmart for any quick grocery trips.
I highly recommend Sky Inn Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in Cancun, supported by fantastic staff. It’s an experience I’m eager to repeat on my next visit.

Basic but not good.
Sky Inn did its job for me, arriving late from the airport and sleeping. I think it has many aspects to improve:
1. There is no hot water.
2. The shower had no pressure, almost 5 drops of water came out.
3. Sheets with hair and it was obvious that they were not washed.
4. We found a sandal under the bed, meaning there is not enough order.
5. The toilet had soap stuck to the walls. (Poor hygiene)
6. The wifi is extremely slow.
7. The air conditioning was leaking water.
I think the price is ok. However for a small amount more I think you can find something better.
The communication with the host is the only good thing, it was fast and efficient.
