九月份住在这里。我发现房间宽敞，设备齐全，干净，淋浴和舒适的床。
工作人员很友好，乐于助人。他们说一口流利的英语，这使我的住宿更加轻松，因为我不会说意大利语。
位置很棒。在步行距离之内有太多可以看到和做的事情。隔壁很棒的咖啡厅。大量不错的当地餐厅。
热爱罗马，真的很喜欢在这里住十晚。一定会回到这里！

No AC! horrible service!
Worst experience ever! No receptionist! No AC! Do not stay here. Long read but helpful. Our family has traveled to Rome plenty of times and this is the worst experience ever. No receptionist only through WhatsApp. She answers when she wants not when you need something. We arrived on Friday, June 28 and we let her know the AC broke in three of the five rooms our family reserved. She let us know she would come see them the next day. (Text message images attached). She came the next day and she said one is working fine but turned it off. She gave one other room but two ransomed in extreme heat 100 degree Fahrenheit with humidity. I let her know we had two diabetics and she said she couldn’t do anything because it was the weekend. We told her on Friday! Yet she didn’t check until Saturday. She had one vacant room with two beds and working AC that was not booked the entire weekend and refused to give us that room. We left today, Monday, July 1 and no action was ever taken. We booked this place because it advertised AC. This is not a hotel it’s an Air Bnb with terrible hosts. Marzia, the women who manages the property, works at the cafe downstairs in the corner to the right of mami pizza and when we saw her she avoided us!! She clearly did not want to help. We also had a leak in one of the bathrooms but no help. Do not book here.

The rooms were plain. Not like the photos on line. No pictures on the walls , no decor. The beds were comfortable but they only had one style of pillow. They offered extra pillows but no extra pillow cases even though we requested one. Curtains were ripped, sheets were stained. I brought a personal wash cloth and it was taken the first night and not returned even though they don’t change the towels except every 3 days they managed to take my personal wash cloth that was hanging with my towel that they left for me to use the duration of my stay. The bathroom was not clean including hair and soap residue on the ledge when we checked in. They would take trash from the bathroom bin but not replace the trash bag. Just no common courtesy that you would expect for the price. The reception was area was nice but we only saw someone there 2 times the entire stay. The location was great. A bit noisy at night until around 2am and the elevator would get stuck regularly so we were afraid to use it.

Great location! We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was lovely. Only thing I would suggest is getting the lights on the bathroom mirror to work and adding a few mirrors in the bedrooms or sitting room. No full length mirror at all. Makes it hard for multiple people to get ready when the bathroom has the only mirror. Neighbirhood is fabulous!
