very clean, very convenient, very helpful and personal attention

This is a spotlessly clean place - nice and bright and airy and nicely decorated with art. Our apartment was on the top floor and was huge and could sleep a couple with four children. It is 5 minutes from the local beach and about a 20 minute walk from the centre of the town. We had the use of bicycles for our whole holiday - just to pick up and leave back whenever we wanted. There is a good cycle track running past the house along the side of the river, that takes you into town via a pleasant park. Another very pleasant cycle is around the harbour wall past the marina and then out to the main Rimini beach on the south side.
The wi-fi connection was a little fiddly but it was free. There are good supermarkets locally and you can shop very cheaply.
The house itself was very quiet and we never heard any noise from other residents. The whole area is built up, however, and there is significant traffic noise as the house is next to one of the main roads going into Rimini. The good side of this is that it is easy to catch the bus in and out of town.
Carmen was unfailingly helpful and pleasant and really made it nice for us.
We had a very pleasant stay at very reasonable cost.
Places to visit: Ravenna by train to see the mosaics. We went twice. The train takes about an hour each way.
Places to eat: we thought that PicNic, near Malatesta church was good. La Pescato fish restaurant, 3rd turn on the left after the old 1st century bridge. A feast of fresh fish.
All in all, a very memorable trip

Sempre accogliente e rilassante!

Son stata al 'residence la villetta' un paio di volte e non avrei motivo di cambiare in futuro. Il proprietario è' sempre molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Il mare è' facilmente raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata a piedi o in bicicletta ma l area e' allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla e l' atmosfera rilassante. Le camere sono sempre molto pulite, dotate di tutto il necessario e spaziose!

Una struttura nuova e accogliente con un personale gentile. Il proprietario e una persona gentilissima.la stanza è dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una bellissima vacanza Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo di nuovo.

Miłe, przytulne apartamenty.

Willa położona niedaleko pięknych plaż, super pizzerii oraz lodziarni. Możliwość korzystania z rowerów to naprawdę świetna sprawa! Bardzo miła obsługa, apartament dobrze wyposażony, bardzo czysty. Wyjazd który będę na pewno zawsze pamiętał i być może kiedyś wrócę.

Accoglienza e relax vicino al mare!

Ho passato un weekend in questo residence all'insegna del relax e della comoditá, a partire dalla zona facilmente raggiungibile senza impazzire nel classico casino estivo riminese fatto di code e autobus in ricerca frenetica di un parcheggio. Arrivato in zona ho parcheggiato l'auto vicinissima alla struttura in una zona sicura e recintata su indicazione del proprietario, e non l'ho piú toccata per tutto il viaggio! La struttura é a due passi dal mare, e anche il centro é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi passando per lo splendido ponte romano. Per uscire la sera e andare in altri locali cool di marina centro abbiamo utilizzato le biciclette forniteci ad uso gratuito! La struttura inoltre é nuova e tenuta benissimo, i letti son molto comodi e c'é tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi dopo esser stati in giro tutto il giorno. Consigliatissimo!
