I was at this property on August 1st, spotless hotel and really nice staff the pool very enjoyable with silent and respectful guests... promoted with full marks... relaxation assured.

We felt comfortable, relaxed, welcomed with kindness, care and professionalism ... The staff is very competent, prepared and attentive to the needs of guests ... The common areas and the bedroom and bathroom are spotless, well ventilated, comfortable ... The room is equipped with comfortable beds, safe, refrigerator, television, private balcony with table and armchairs, the private bathroom is clean and not cramped ... The hotel offers guests ample free parking, a large free garage, a swimming pool, a park of maritime pine trees, an excellent restaurant, a bar ... The hotel is located in a central and strategic position to reach and visit places of interest in the provinces of Perugia, Arezzo and Siena ... Despite all the amenities and services made available to guests, hotel prices are lower than average

Nice two nights stay. The room and bathroom were both spacy and clean, the balcony was small tho. Friendly and helpful staff.
Only negative thing was a noisy group of young people, who were also staying in the same hotel. That, however, wasn’t hotel’s fault.

Very comfortable traditional Italian hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and nice balcony with a good view across to the hills. Friendly staff and overall very pleasant stay!
