酒店非常漂亮和舒适，地点位置优越，靠近码头⛵️，到附近的景点非常便利，酒店早餐非常丰盛，员工服务也非常态度很好👍👍，适合一家人过来这里旅游，赞👍👍

It was a pleasant stay .i came with my one of my friend as birthday trip and the service good received a cake from the hotel restaurant.

Great For Value Hotel near Town Centre
Alltrue Hotel Tanjungpinang is a renovated hotel that took over Shangrila awhile back. Situated near the main town centre of Tanjungpinang, it is convenient and hassle free.
The room is clean, simple with basic amenities. Equipped with a mini fridge, electric kettle, WiFi and a smart TV (YouTube accessible), it delivers more than enough for a budget accommodation.
I came during the Fasting Month of Ramadan. The front office staff was very nice in giving me a courtesy call to enquire if I would like to have my pre-dawn meal.
For 2 nights, they delivered a generous portion of food, along with fruits and simple cake around 3.30-4am for my pre dawn meal. How thoughtfull!
The only room of improvement would be the housekeeping responsiveness. I did ask for make up room, but they did not come. The plates and thrash left outside the room wasn't picked up as well over two nights. Body soap was already finished by the second day.
Would definitely appreciate if Housekeeping Team did a pre arrival check on amenities to prevent lapses like this.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Special thanks to Front Office Staff Tia for your service!
