Amazing Place to Unwind
We had an amazing stay in North Wing Canggu. The location was so secluded, it has a rice field view, great location for someone who is looking for a place to chill and relax far from crowds / noise.
The pool was very clean. The room was clean, the bed was so comfy. There are sun beds. The foods were so good.
Staffs were also very polite and friendly. We arrived very late at night and the staff along with the owner were waiting for us to greet us and escort us to our room. We were so impressed with their Hospitality.
The hotel also has a motorbike rental with various types of bikes. Just across the hotel there’s small warung which sell gasoline (pertamini), no need to drive far away to refill your gas tank.
Overall experience was amazing. Cant wait to be back there

Lack of respect and refund policy compliance
To be honest, I'm disappointed. I made a reservation at this hotel and due to personal issues, I had to cancel it. The refund policies stated that I would get a full refund, but that never happened. Despite my repeated communications with the hotel and (link unavailable), requesting them to refund my money, it never materialized. It seems like a lack of respect to promise a refund and then not follow through on it.

The best place not only in canggu but the entire Bali !!! Must come here , best food , best rooms , best pool , best people , it's just one big family that works all together to make everyone feel like home ....SO MUCH LOVE HERE ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice, very clean!
Was a really nice hotel and it was very clean, also the bath! Further you can rent a scooter there for a cheap price! The beach is not to far with the scooter and you have many places where you can have organic food.

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff.
Found the hotel amenities excellent and the staff will go out their way to make you welcome and ensure you have a great stay. The hotel is great as it places you just outside the city mayhem but not far from echo beach and other tourist hotspots. Can't fault the hotel and certainly would return. Full marks!
