Exceptional
Exceptional service from Check in till Check out. Suraj and Deepak at reception made everything quick and pleasant.
The restaurant team took good care of us, food and service both great.
I had a most wonderful massage at the wellness centre. Amit, the Therapist was remarkable.
The housekeeping team kept our rooms clean and checked on us for any needs.
The Manager himself was hands on and made sure we were all comfortable and having a nice time.
Sterling Palm Bliss exceeded my expectations.
I am already decided where I am going to stay and for longer, next time I visit Rishikesh.

The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service was ok as well. Parking facilities are good. Location is little up the slopes on the road which gets heavy traffic during peak hours.

Wonderful
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly. Food was ok. Loved Rishikesh’s local dishes in their menu. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a nice time as a family vacation. Restaurant staff were very friendly but front desk staff can be little more nicer.
