The Hotel Barracuda & Spa, nestled in the heart of Brest, stands out for its discreet sophistication, where every detail seems to have been thought out to flatter the senses and exalt the soul of the discerning traveler
From the moment we cross the threshold of this prestigious setting, a cozy and captivating atmosphere is required. The staff, exquisitely courteous, bow to a thousand attentions without ever sinking into ostentation. As for the apartments, they offer a perfect balance between modernity and classicism, dotted with subtle references to the rich maritime heritage of Brest.
The jewel of this house remains, without doubt, its Spa.

Disappointing
Disappointing stay,
Coming with my spouse to spend the night of December 31 and having made the reservation well in advance for a premium room at a fairly high breakfast rate not included, we realized the day before that the spa was not included in the room price by looking at the reviews. Being used to spas we were surprised at this rate of 60 € (40 € for the first person and 20 € for the second) extra without being informed in the confirmation email or on the phone when taking the reservation. We finally paid for the spa because too late for us to change establishments, everything was already complete. We are warned that the 60€ is for spending only 1h30 in the spa without telling us to book a niche. We decided to ask if we should reserve a niche and we were told that yes. Result access to the spa on the 1st morning, there were fifteen of us in the relaxation area which includes only 6 chairs to put his things. The Norwegian shower was also closed. As for breakfast you will be charged 20€ / person for a potential room service. Breakfast was good but did not include anything exceptional.
Barracuda, in our opinion, is a much superior establishment than it really is. We paid a total of €300 (+ €150 deposit that we will try to take WITHOUT NOTICE, and still not returned while we left the room in impeccable condition, sheets and adornments removed dishes made etc... since 5am) for the room for an evening and a half day that was absolutely not worth them.
The staff is cordial and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel in the port
Very nice hotel on the port , top location with parking , easy to walk into town , lots of restaurants around .
At three we had a very nice room , large and bright , tea , coffee , Phytomer products available .
In addition the staff is attentive and helpful.

Nice clean room with small kitchen so it was very good. For sure restaurant and service there: 5 starts :-)
