Thank you very much for your review. It is important for us to know what you enjoyed and what you didn't as we are always trying to improve ourselves.
It is true that we don't have any parking facility, but as you explained very clearly, there is a drop off point in front of the hotel, and then you can drive to the secure Gare du Midi parking which is within walking distance.
No bar or restaurant as we are a very small hotel, but happy to offer fresh drinks during the day if needed.
As customer service is what matters most, we are glad to keep your luggage all day and show you around Biarritz on the map to make the most of your stay!
