From Luohu Subway Station (exit D), take the lift to the 3rd floor, turn left, walk pass the bridge and then turn right to the property. From Luohu Railway Station in West Plaza, walk into the pedestrian tunnel and then walk toward Heping Road. Please note that the property's 3P Floor with games room, sauna bar is currently under renovation until further notice. Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause. Limited to only 1 children that under 1.2 metres dine breakfast for free . Extra charges will apply if children above 1.2 metres wish to dine with their accompanying adults. From November 09 2018, the opening hours of the Executive Lounge are changed to 10:30-23:00. The Executive Lounge will stop serving breakfasts until further notice. Customers who booked executive rooms with breakfast can have breakfast at the Haizhizun Restaurant in the lobby from 7:00-10:00. Construction Schedule for Leased Units: The vegetarian restaurant in the lobby area will be undergoing renovations from March 7th to April 1st. During this period, the front desk service will continue as normal. The original tenant, Daodi Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic (room 725), will vacate on March 12th and relocate to the former location of the lobby gold shop and accessible restroom. Glass and doors are expected to be installed by March 11th. Further construction plans are pending confirmation.
