Excelente relación precio-calidad
Único punto débil es que la habitación que nos tocó está en primer nivel y fue algo ruidosa en la mañana tanto por el tránsito fuera de la habitación como también por el ruido de las cañerías de desagües que están en una especie de patio interior y resuenan dentro de la habitación. Pero nada grave.
Me quedé en febrero de 2022 para una estadía de una noche por trabajo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Very nice hotel in Chillan.
Rooms are quite small but clean and with very nice modern style.
Nice beds quality are really helpful to get rest after day activities.
Bathrooms with showers, newer got the room with bath but i know they have also.
Perfect breakfast in nicely decorated hotel lobby, with nice section of fresh fruits and wonderful cakes.
That point is quite dangerous if you wear slim fit clothes :-) ...
Hotel personnel very friendly and always ready to help you when needed.
Personal advice : Make reservation before arrival for parking underground hotel.
Only really negative point but valid only at first arrival :
Quite difficult to find the first day when you arrive, because hotel do not have real lounge on street level. Hotel access is made through restricted access door and private elevator.
