Preserved historic building
The hotel appears to have 5 floors, with an elevator and stairs, most of the rooms do not have a bathroom, they are shared by guests on each floor, however, there are several shared bathrooms per floor.
It is located very close to the famous cathedral and Parque Ingá.
It's an old building with wood, sinteco, vermilion and those tiles, however, very preserved and shiny.
The furniture is also made of wood, antique style, all in good condition.
I stayed on the second floor, next to a shared bathroom, which as there were few guests at the time of my stay, the bathroom was almost private, I only had to use it.
The bedroom has an old double bed, not very big, and a single bed. a small LED TV, a wardrobe with 2 doors, a table and a chair, two bedside tables, an internal telephone, wifi that didn't work well, there were switches to recharge your cell phone, a sink with mirror, the room was cleaned every day .
Breakfast is served on the ground floor, near the reception, there is a room for corporate meetings, there is a large parking lot that opens onto two streets.
Breakfast is simple, with 3 types of fruit, 3 stews, cold cuts, 3 types of bread, fresh cheese, cheese bread, milk, coffee, 3 types of cakes, 2 juices, everything made to order and tasty.
At reception, the day attendant is very friendly, attentive, gives tips on places to visit, coincidentally, he is from a place I visited in Pernambuco, the island of Itamaracá.
I really enjoyed my stay, I stayed for 3 nights and 3 days, I just have to say thank you.

Classificaria como Boa Hospedagem
Na realidade minha avaliação ficaria entre razoável e muito bom, pois apesar de ter hospedado em quarto com banheiro compartilhado, já que estava viajando só e de moto, deparei com os ambientes bastante cuidado e higienizado. O prédio onde se encontram os aposentos mais simples é antigo sem contudo prejudicar o conforto de uma boa noite de descanso. Os pontos fortes que me agradou foi o chuveiro de aquecimento central, já que fazia frio na noite, o estacionamento próprio, imenso e a localização, bem no centro da cidade, bastando alguns passos para se chegar a uma imensa avenida cheinho de lojas, para a alegria das mulheres. Quanto ao café da manhã, está muito aquém da realidade publicada, porém pela pouca variedade, classificaria também como razoável. Os funcionários são de uma receptividade invejável, muito atenciosos desde o responsável pelo estacionamento até as que cuidam de servir o café da manhã.

Hotel bem localizado e com estacionamento. Café da manhã simples. Funcionários simpático e prestativos. Alguns quartos não possuem ar condicionado e não tem acústica, e por estarem localizados numa avenida bem barulhenta fica muito difícil dormir.

Hotel para viajante
Típico hotel de centro da cidade. Bem localizado, fácil acesso a tudo, inclusive à pé. Estacionamento amplo. Instalações não são novas mas funcionam. Quartos pequenos mas tranquilos. Café da manhã simples. Indicado para hospedagem expressa.

Péssimo
Funcionários mal educados e nada atenciosos. Péssimo atendimento, pedimos notas fiscais no nome de cada um dos hóspedes que estavam comigo na viagem, além de colocarem no nome da pessoa errada erraram o nome dela também. Prometeram o envio por e-mail e ainda assim não enviaram nada.
