All very good! Very spacious and clean room, hotel very close to the center, very good service, the breakfast is wonderful, with the perfect location!

SKY Ville Canela não recomendo.

Hotel in poor conditions of conservation in nothing resembles the published photos, old swimming pools, hydromassage old and without proper cleaning, ofurô nor will I comment, if it is possible to call ofurô an uncomfortable business of those, entered our room in the morning with us waking up for breakfast because the lock didn't work, the parking lot lighting was not awful was inexistent had to use a cell phone to walk, there was no game room that appears on the site, the room TV with bad image we complained and nothing was done, on the day of checkout we lost the coffee time because we were tired and we didn't wake up in time, asked heartily to get us something for the coffee they were already collecting the items and grossly replied that it was not possible, as much as the reception of the buffet party did not want to provide us with a cup of coffee.
This was our third and last accommodation in the SKY network unfortunately all do not match the advertised on the internet, and there are many other hotels with the same accommodation value available.

Necessary Reform

I was very disappointed by the poorly preserved structure of the hotel. In the room the bathroom was sad, broken sink scratched by a wood, there was no soap, the window with peeling peeling, the smell of mold. The room was very spacious but we woke up with a huge spider on the ceiling and my daughter was bitten. The reception staff are very polite including one of them was kindly taking the spider out of the room. In the breakfast cafe there were not many options for those who can not eat gluten. I asked the girl if she could make an omelet for my celiac son, but she said no. You have a maneuver service. The pools are old but heated. The hotel needs a good renovation.

I highly recommend this hotel. Exceptional service, spectacular breakfast, great location.

I went to celebrate a porcelain wedding in 2022, I was very well looked after from planning (via WhatsApp) to arrival at the hotel. I fell in love with the hot water "drinker" to make my chimarrão...lol. I intend to return in December if God allows, with my children now.

Horrible

Room smelled like sewage, with hair on the floor, moldy, everything was disgusting there. We stayed in the ground floor room and we couldn't stand the smell of mold and sewage in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work. Then our air conditioning broke and we had to change rooms. We asked reception for support 3 times, but we never got it. The fourth time I just asked for the card for the new room and we went upstairs. So the room was better, but still old. The breakfast is varied and delicious. We will never go back there and do not recommend it. The cheapest on the SKY network... cheap is expensive. I booked a guesthouse to stay for the third night because I wouldn't be able to stay at the hotel for another night.
