住房的设置很好，但是早餐我不太适应，因为是三明治，可能是疫情的原因，早餐是送房间的，另外就是床头没有纸巾，比较不方便

Terrible experience at SELENZA "apart" hotel

Upon arrival my on-line reservation was ignored, had to start all over.
The shower drain was clogged , I asked for a room change, the request was denied in the most unrespectful way. I then asked to talk to the manager, at 10am, in the .morning last Saturday, the clerk indicated that the manager had left for the day. They didn't even unclog the drainage system, so I had to live with it at a rate of 50USD a day. Dirt and residue from prior usage came out from the drain to the surface.
Asked for room cleaning, bread crumbs from the breakfast were still in the room, and towels left all over the place (read below). By the way, they force you into their one-size-fits-all breakfast, they don't even offer a dinning room , breakfast is served at your room, you don't get to choose an earlier time other than 8am.
Al checkout, wether you are in a rush to the airport or not, they stop you in the most rude and unpolite way, so somebody needs to check you did not wreak havoc the premises or took a hotel accessory. I have never, ever, experienced something like this before, not even in backpackers hostels, most people treat travellers very well in Bolivia. BUT NOT AT SELENZA apart hotel, located at Portales Ave and Santa Cruz intersection, Cochabamba.
The bathroom towels of the previous day were left unchanged, I had to ask for an additional soap bar...etc .
Simply put: Selenza Apart Hotel in Cochabamba, gives Bolivia a bad name. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

Agresión Física y verbal

Un desatre de hotel, por que despues de hacer mi check out, me cobran 100 bs. por persona que me visito, por toallas manchadas 80 bs. y al reclamar por estos cobros, la administradora y empleados, agreden a mi esposa a mi y al taxista.

DECEPCIÓN TOTAL

Decepción total !! Reservamos por Airbnb y nos dijeron que supuestamente no manejaban esa plataforma, después de tanta insistencia se contactaron con la plataforma y les devolvieron el dinero , coordinamos en una fecha de devolución , sin embargo la Administradora no nos respondió más llamadas, ni whatsapp , ante tal respuesta las calificamos por Facebook y ahora NO QUIERE DEVOLVERNOS EL DINERO e índico prepotentemente que eliminemos el comentario y pidamos disculpas solo por tener libertad de expresión en redes. Sin embargo nosotras esperamos un gran tiempo a que devuelva el dinero y no respondió ante tal petición , ya pasaron 2 meses y no hay tal , solo pedimos que nos devuelvan ! no confíen en el hotel , deja mucho que desear…

Lindo y acogedor

Es un hotel muy bonito, limpio, totalmente equipado, camas cómodas, piscina bonita en el último piso, pero es importante pedir que la atemperen, sauna a vapor, el precio incluye desayuno continental servido en la habitación, se encuentran en una linda zona de Cochabamba, cerca a muchos lugares turísticos.
