房间很小但是总体来说不错
2020年3月上旬，我们住了一个星期。到达后，我对房间的大小感到震惊-这是我在滑雪酒店见过的最小的房间，没有洗手间，而滑雪时我也从未有过。当您有很多滑雪装备时，房间的大小是不切实际的-我们几乎没有足够的空间来打开行李箱。房间仅比床稍大！我在接待处要求支付费用以升级到更大的房间，所有员工都试图提供帮助，但最终这位男服务员没有同情心，说不，考虑到我们愿意支付，我们认为这很奇怪，所以他们真的错过了额外的收入（我在线检查和更大的房间可用）。老实说，我认为这些房间不适合客人入住。

We have a lot of different room-cathegories in our hotel and as far as makeable we are offering even free upgrades if guests are unsatisfied with the offered rooms. Unfortunately sometimes it seems that online there are some more rooms free, however we were totally booked for over six weeks from the begining of february till our unfortunaty early seasonending in mid march. I´m very sorry for the inconvenience with the roomsize, however I´m proud to hear the other positive comments for every other part of our hotel and offers.
We hope that we have earned your trust to stay with us again in the Valamar Obertauern Hotel

一流的住宿
刚从四晚住宿回来。从我们到达那一刻起，真是棒极了。工作人员在酒吧，餐厅和接待处都很出色。我们住的家庭房很棒，楼上的附楼房是给我们女儿的。食物很棒，有很多选择。一天结束时可以滑雪回到门上，然后进入酒吧享用滑雪零食和饮料，真的很好。我们强烈推荐Valamar，并且一定会在将来再次出现。

many thanks for your detailed and very positive review of our hotel. We are very proud about our excellent staff, who make the real different to other locations and hotels. In every department these people are bringing daily their best performance to keep our standard on highest level.
Also the whole building was constructed in effort of fulfilling guests needs and whishes in an alpine region. This year we even presenting a fresh refurbished wellness-fitness area and in the not so far future probably also a pool will welcome our guests after perfect day of skiing.
